Is this an MLM?
No. You don't buy anything, sell anything, or recruit people to sell things. There are no downlines, no inventory, no quotas. You refer a homeowner to a free call and get paid when they show up. That's the whole model.
What's the catch?
You only get paid when referrals show up. If they don't show, you don't earn. Quality referrals matter more than volume.

Colorado Home Protection pays field team members $35 every time a homeowner they refer shows up to a free consultation call with a licensed agent. No sale required. No license required. You refer — we handle everything else. Your first show pays $60 with the Fast Start Bonus.
This is not a sales job. Field team members are independent referral coordinators — not insurance agents, not employees. You do not need a license, a degree, or any prior experience in home services or insurance. You need to live in Colorado and know people who own homes.
Colorado Home Protection serves homeowners across Colorado with licensed insurance and protection consultations. As a field team member, your job is simple:
Each qualifying show pays $35, paid via Venmo or Zelle on a weekly or monthly schedule. Your first show pays $60 — the standard $35 plus a one-time $25 Fast Start Bonus. There is no cap on how many referrals you can make. Field team members who refer other coordinators earn additional bonuses when those coordinators produce shows.
Do I need a real estate or insurance license to participate?
No. Field team members are independent referral coordinators, not licensed agents. You introduce homeowners to a free consultation — you do not sell, quote, or advise on coverage.
Is this available outside Colorado?
No. Colorado Home Protection serves Colorado homeowners only. Field team members must be Colorado residents referring Colorado homeowners.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are sent via Venmo or Zelle. You choose weekly or monthly. There is a 14-day hold for new members, after which approved payouts process automatically.
Is this a gig job, part-time job, or affiliate program?
It is an independent contractor referral program. You set your own hours, work as much or as little as you want, and are paid per result — not per hour.
What does "qualifying show" mean?
A qualifying show is when a homeowner you referred actually shows up to their scheduled consultation call with a CHP licensed agent. No sale is required.
